Negative Reviews Management has grown into one of the largest and fastest growing companies in the industry known as “Reputation Management”. We are a team of over 65 people working out of our UK office. We work with around 2500+ clients every month. Negative Reviews Management was founded by industry veterans, filling an obvious hole in the industry.

We can’t guarantee that we can delete every single thing that exists on the internet. Our guarantee is that we remove what you’re trying to remove, or you don’t pay. Before signing an agreement, we’ll outline the cost and time frame to remove your negative links.

At Negative Reviews Management, we can permanently remove your content online. That’s what separates Guaranteed Removals from the rest. While our competitors focus on pushing down or hiding content, we delete it- permanently.

Some links can be deleted within 24 hours. Generally, we ask for 90 days in our contract, but we do offer expedite options for those that need quick results.

No. At Negative Reviews Management, we understand that mistakes happen. Just because a business has complaints, doesn’t mean they don’t have thousands of customers who value them. Just because an individual has made a mistake, doesn’t necessarily mean that mistake should define them for the rest of their lives.

We do have a company policy to turn down clients that we believe are a current danger to the public.

To date, we have successfully removed content from or outright deleted over 25,000 links. We have successfully removed news articles, blogs, attack websites, reviews, complaints, mugshots, civil legal documents, pdf’s, pictures, videos, and more. Not everything is possible to remove, but we have removed many things that our clients initially believed were impossible.

We have used lawyers to help remove content in some cases, but not usually. We’ll go over our plan of action when working together.

New clients will be assigned an Operations Consultant. The Ops Consultant will go over the details of the specific content we are trying to remove. How old is the content? What is the story behind it? Is it true or false? If this is regarding a criminal or civil matter, what was the outcome of the case? Do you have any paperwork on the matter? Do we have prior experience with the website you are trying to remove from? Etc. Each situation is different, and how we go about attempting to remove the content depends on the situation.

They’re wrong. Most reputation companies focus on pushing down negative content in the search engine, rather than learning how to get content removed. Due to this, we often hear of competitors telling clients that what we’re offering is impossible.

Of course, removing content is not impossible. We do it every day. If someone created an article or page, we can remove the content. All our services are completely legal, and clients don’t pay unless we can remove their issue.

Our main service is focused on getting rid of the negative content you currently have, but in certain cases, we can help people protect themselves against future issues.

Our Future Protection Plan is like insurance. Companies pay us a monthly fee, and we monitor and work towards removing any future negative content for free or a discounted rate. Alternatively, we also offer guaranteed PRM (Positive Reputation Management), generating credible news articles or interviews for you. This content can counteract future negative information.

When something is de-indexed, the content still exists, but it has been completely removed from a search engine. It will not be findable on any search term—not on page 1, not on page 41. Even if you were to copy and paste the link of the negative article that you wish to remove from the search engine, it would still not show up anywhere. Generally, de-indexing is as good a solution as deletion because the only way to find the de-indexed article is to go directly to the website and search for it (which generally never happens in practice).

Our first goal is to outright delete negative content from existence on the offending website, but some news organizations or websites have a policy of never removing content. In these situations, sometimes the website is willing to compromise and deindex the offending page.

We work with both individuals and companies. With around 200 new clients every month, it’s evenly split between individuals and businesses.

Two reasons:

1. We’ve found that no company was providing what people want. All other Reputation Management companies mainly focus on suppression (the act of pushing down content so fewer people see it).

While this can have some results (if done successfully), it’s not the solution anyone really wants—it’s the solution people were settling for because they thought there was no other option. No one wants to have to stress about negative content for the rest of their lives and worry about whether or not someone important sees it. They want it outright deleted; permanently gone. That is what we focus on.

2. People can write whatever they want online without any real proof, and what people read online greatly influences their opinion of a person or company. We believe in a free and open internet that allows people to post opinions and news. We also believe that people deserve the right to defend themselves against accusations and negative content affecting their livelihood. We aim to provide that defense.

We have worked with clients in the US, Canada, Australia, the UK, New Zealand, and many other countries around the world.

We do have a company policy to turn down clients that we believe are a current danger to the public.

That depends on the difficulty and amount of links you want to remove. We’ve worked with clients for as little as £500 and quoted as much as £100,000. Most solutions are in the £3,000 to £15,000 range. For a free, no-obligation quote: Contact one of our Reputation Consultants who will personally review your case.

Our prices for removals are one-time fees, only due if we can successfully remove the content.

Yes, we have guaranteed packages to produce positive information about you. Our focus is on getting very credible news articles or interviews written about you. This hard-to-obtain content can show very positively in search results.

By using our removal services, you can take your reputation from negative to neutral. By taking additional measures to develop and promote positive content, you’re turning your online reputation from a liability, to neutral, to a selling point.

Our office is in the UK. We’ve removed over 3,000 links for over 1,500 clients. Clients have come from the US, Canada, Australia, the UK, New Zealand, and a handful of other countries across the world.
